Oh no! Please follow the steps below to change your shipping address.
Step 1. Open your tracking number
- If your tracking number has already been updated as “item scanned”, it is too late to change from our end. You will need to call the carrier on the morning of your scheduled delivery and submit an emergency re-route request.
- Unfortunately, if you are unable to reroute the package on the morning of your scheduled delivery, it will be rerouted back to us and be subject to a reship fee.
Step 2. Submit a ticket (only submit a ticket if your tracking number has NOT been updated with “item scanned”)
- Submit a ticket
- Include you order number
- Include your new shipping address
*Note - Orders that have already shipped and get rerouted back to us are subject to a reship fee.
